Designing Our Future Together

Ti Koro Nko Agyina
(One Head does not form a Council)

Symbol for partnership, collaboration and teamwork. This symbol emphasizes the importance of cooperation and collective efforts in realising all goals.

The attainment of the SDGs is a collective responsibility. No one nation (one head) can make it happen. It takes the concerted efforts of the entire citizenship of the world.

We are delighted to announce that the 2024 AISA Global Issues Service Summit (AISA-GISS) is just around the corner! Hosted by the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA) in collaboration with Al-Rayan International School (ARIS), this year’s summit will take place from 15th to 17th February 2024 in the vibrant city of Accra, Ghana.

AISA-GISS is not just an ordinary conference but an immersive experience that aims to inspire and empower participants to make a positive difference in their communities. It offers a unique opportunity for students to embark on a journey of self-discovery, leadership development, and personal growth that will shape their lives and create a lasting impact.

Under the theme “Designing our Future Together,” we, the community of ARIS, are thrilled to host the Global Issues Service Summit (GISS). We focus on advancing the promise of equality, justice, dignity and sustainability throughout Africa. We believe we can create a better future for all by coming together, sharing ideas, and collaborating. It is actually what we do together, collectively, that makes us stronger.

We cordially invite students from across the continent to join us at the conference and share their inspiring stories. This platform allows you to lead a session and spotlight the exceptional service projects you have worked on in your local communities. We encourage you to bring your passion, creativity, and enthusiasm to the table!
