The first day aims to show how collaboration is the key to success in any project. This day will be based on bonding and sharing with students from other schools and cultures. 10-12 Global villages will be made in order to divide all the students up in smaller groups, allowing better communication. From the beginning of the conference, these students will be given an issue, which throughout the conference will be discussed in groups and followed by the design of a realistic plan to solve the problem assuming that the Global Village is part of a community and does not work as an organization.
