Julio Langa is a Mozambican Anthropologist and social justice activist. He is the co founder and National Coordinator of HOPEM Network, a Mozambican movement of civil society organizations and human rights activists working to promote gender justice, peace building, health and positive masculinities. Julio is also the MenEngage Africa Network co-chair. MenEngage is a global network of more than 600 NGOs and UN partners working to engage men & boys in gender equality.
