Ana is the team leader— managing all aspects of the conference and keeping the leadership team on it toes. She’s always thinking of ways to make the summit better!
From the food you eat to the activities you do, Tristan makes sure that everything is budgeted and payed for. He’s constantly working on coming up with efficient ways and financially viable ideas to improve the GISS summit.
Kafungo is in charge of technology and design for the conference— ranging from the summit’s website to the creation of advertising material. He ensures anything to do with the summit that has a computer chip works swimmingly.
The International School of Kenya (ISK) is a private, non-profit PreK-Grade 12 school created in 1976 through a joint partnership between the governments of the United States and Canada. Nestled on 40 acres of a former coffee plantation, ISK serves the educational needs of both expatriate and Kenyan students who seek a challenging international curriculum which leads to the rigorous International Baccalaureate Diploma program.
